I don't feel this was a good sampling of 'latest and greatest'， even by 2017 standards。 Also， there were ingredients and instructions missing from some of the recipes， and the two vegetarian grain bowls had the instructions completely swapped between them。 So it could have used a tighter edit and also more pictures， particularly for things like the blooming quesadilla， because I had no real idea how it was supposed to look from the instructions。 I don't feel this was a good sampling of 'latest and greatest'， even by 2017 standards。 Also， there were ingredients and instructions missing from some of the recipes， and the two vegetarian grain bowls had the instructions completely swapped between them。 So it could have used a tighter edit and also more pictures， particularly for things like the blooming quesadilla， because I had no real idea how it was supposed to look from the instructions。 。。。more

I'd no idea this book had a video presence， but picked it up cold。 OMG--it's EVIL。 The only folks who can eat most of these recipes are males in their teens and twenties， but nearly everything is undeniably delicious。 All ingredients are at any supermarket， so no special shopping or equipment needed。 The chapter on "classic" dishes is enough to keep a young cook focused on dinners that will impress family， friends， or dates， and although these recipes can be found elsewhere， having a single book I'd no idea this book had a video presence， but picked it up cold。 OMG--it's EVIL。 The only folks who can eat most of these recipes are males in their teens and twenties， but nearly everything is undeniably delicious。 All ingredients are at any supermarket， so no special shopping or equipment needed。 The chapter on "classic" dishes is enough to keep a young cook focused on dinners that will impress family， friends， or dates， and although these recipes can be found elsewhere， having a single book with game snacks， desserts， and dinners is handy。 The Marsala sauce seemed over the top with alcohol， but most recipes are just fine。 Plenty of vegetarian offerings， and a deliciously simple recipe for cilantro-lime salad dressing imbedded in a recipe for a one dish bowl。 My family loved the baked ratatouille， which was a cross between a classic stew and a fancy tian。 There's also a simple and delicious recipe for chicken tikka masala--you can find good ones just about anywhere， but this is among the best。 I don't need this book for my personal shelf， but gave a copy to my 20 yr old grandson who's setting up his first apartment。 。。。more

This recipe book was okay。 Basically a book form of some of their web sites postings。 It is kind of nice to have it in a book that I can search and review a little easier than their web site。 Generally the recipes look relatively easy and tasty。

They have a few good recipes。 In the whole book there was only about 6 recipes that I can make for my family that they would actually eat。 Yes， I have a house full of picky eaters。 The book is still great and very good recipes， but for me I wont be able to make。

Bought your book a year ago， found a lot of the recipes I did not have in my cupboard， but the Buttermilk Fried Chicken’ was absolutely beautiful！ My hubby is such a pain to cook for， if he knew that I used buttermilk to marinade he would not literally ate it！ I feel great （he is such a stick in the mud）。 Its a winner！！ Thank you 🙏 xx

My first introduction to Tasty was on Pinterest。 I noticed how all these videos featuring delicious looking recipes from them。 I was very interested in seeing what their cookbook would be like。 I am not sure exactly how to rate it。 What I liked: often would have one recipe 4 different ways （For example: Easy Poke cake 4 ways - Chocolate Turtle / Peanut Butter Banana / Cookies & Cream / Berry Cheesecake）。 Many of the recipes sounded really tasty。I did not care for the arrangement of this book。 I My first introduction to Tasty was on Pinterest。 I noticed how all these videos featuring delicious looking recipes from them。 I was very interested in seeing what their cookbook would be like。 I am not sure exactly how to rate it。 What I liked: often would have one recipe 4 different ways （For example: Easy Poke cake 4 ways - Chocolate Turtle / Peanut Butter Banana / Cookies & Cream / Berry Cheesecake）。 Many of the recipes sounded really tasty。I did not care for the arrangement of this book。 I guess I like my cookbooks to have the recipes in categories by type of food rather than this book which has categories with names like Around the World， On Trend， and Best Ever。 Also there are recipes with all different ranges of experience and equipment required。 。。。more

Pictures were gorgeous， but terribly disorganized。 You had to flip pages to see what the recipes were even supposed to look like。 The instructions were unclear， at best。 Honestly just a little underwhelmed。Edited to add: Everything I have made out of this cookbook has been borderline inedible。 While some of that may be user error， I have not had that issue with other cookbooks。

Falls euch das Thema Essen interessiert und ihr im Internet oft nach neuen Rezepten sucht， dann habt ihr bestimmt schon das eine oder andere Tasty-Rezept ausprobiert。 Mittlerweile ist es unmöglich， nicht auf einen der zahlreichen Tasty-Kanäle zu stoßen， da ihre Kochanleitungen von Millionen von Menschen gefeiert werden。 Nun gibt es Tasty nicht nur digital， sondern auch auf Papier， denn vor kurzem ist das offizielle Tasty-Kochbuch erschienen。 Es beinhaltet 80 beliebteste Rezepte， die zahlreiche L Falls euch das Thema Essen interessiert und ihr im Internet oft nach neuen Rezepten sucht， dann habt ihr bestimmt schon das eine oder andere Tasty-Rezept ausprobiert。 Mittlerweile ist es unmöglich， nicht auf einen der zahlreichen Tasty-Kanäle zu stoßen， da ihre Kochanleitungen von Millionen von Menschen gefeiert werden。 Nun gibt es Tasty nicht nur digital， sondern auch auf Papier， denn vor kurzem ist das offizielle Tasty-Kochbuch erschienen。 Es beinhaltet 80 beliebteste Rezepte， die zahlreiche Likes in den Sozialen Netzwerken erhalten haben。 Da ich in der Vergangenheit bereits einige Rezeptvideos von Tasty nachgekocht habe， war ich neugierig， welche Rezepte es in das Buch geschafft haben。 Das Cover ist schön gestaltet und man bekommt Lust， irgendetwas aus dem Buch nachzukochen。Die Rezepte sind in neun Kapitel gegliedert， die wie folgt lauten: Party， Landküche， Süßes， Klassiker， Vegetarisch， Die Besten， Aus aller Welt， Trendiges， Bälle & Ringe。 Mir persönlich hat sich der Sinn dieser Einteilung nicht erschlossen。 Ich würde die Kategorie Süßes zum Beispiel erst am Ende aufführen und nicht an zweiter Stelle。 Außerdem gibt es Rezepte， die nicht nur zu einer， sondern zu mehreren Kategorien passen。 Die Gliederung fand ich insgesamt als etwas chaotisch und wenig übersichtlich。 Positiv ist， dass es ein Register gibt， in dem man zur Not nachschauen kann。 Jedes Rezept enthält eine Zutatenliste， Portionenanzahl und Zubereitungsschritte， die sehr einfach und verständlich beschrieben werden， sodass man keine Angst haben muss， von fachlichen Begriffen erschlagen zu werden。 Die Arbeitsmaterialien werden erst in den einzelnen Zubereitungsschritten genannt， was ich nicht schlimm finde。 Vermisst habe ich allerdings die Angabe der Zubereitungszeit。 Diese lässt sich leider nur zum Teil aus den einzelnen Zubereitungsschritten erschließen。 Meine Vermutung war， dass die Zeit extra ausgelassen wurde， damit man nicht auf den ersten Blick merkt， dass manche Gerichte länger dauern， als man zunächst annimmt。Besonders schön fand ich die Fotos von den jeweiligen Gerichten。 Diese werden hübsch in Szene gesetzt， sodass mir oft das Wasser im Mund zusammenlief und ich motiviert wurde， etwas nachzukochen。 Vorausgesetzt es gab Bilder， da es nicht zu jedem Rezept ein Foto gibt。 Dies hat mich etwas irritiert。 Manche Gerichte werden sogar zweimal abgebildet， während andere gar kein Foto haben。 Zur Not kann aber die Tasty-App aufgerufen werden， auf die am Anfang des Buches verwiesen wird， falls man unbedingt wissen möchte， wie das Endergebnis aussehen wird。 FazitIch empfehle das Tasty-Kochbuch denjenigen， die nicht viel Wert auf gesundes Essen legen， da die Mehrheit der Rezepte deftig sind。 Auch wenn das Buch einiges zu wünschen übrig lässt， haben mir die Gerichte， die ich nachgekocht habe， geschmeckt。 。。。more
